Design automated financial reporting workflows for lending services

Design and build automated financial reporting workflows for daily, monthly, and regulatory reporting. Develop end-to-end data pipelines from source systems to financial reports, including General Ledger (GL) workflows with accurate reconciliation. Ensure data quality, audit trails, and compliance in financial data workflows while optimizing platforms for high-volume financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build automated financial reporting workflows (daily, monthly, regulatory)
Develop end-to-end data pipelines from source systems to financial reports
Build and maintain General Ledger (GL) workflows with accurate reconciliation
Implement financial close, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting logic
Ensure data quality, audit trails, and compliance in financial data workflows
Optimize data platforms for high-volume financial transactions

Requirements

2–5 years experience in data engineering, financial systems, or related roles
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or similar languages
Solid understanding of financial concepts (GL, P&L, balance sheet, double-entry)
Experience building scalable data pipelines and automated workflows
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
