Deploy AI models to production for automated padel videography
As Head of AI at Clutch, you will lead the deployment of computer vision models to production for an automated videographer and coaching experience for padel players. This includes designing datasets and annotations, managing model versioning, and implementing continuous evaluation and testing. You will work on a global scale with cameras in over 100 clubs worldwide, contributing to a fast-growing startup at the intersection of sports and AI.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy computer vision models to production for video understanding in padel
- Design and manage datasets and annotation pipelines for model training
- Implement MLOps practices including model versioning and continuous evaluation
- Develop and test AI models for on-device deployment in camera systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI into the videography platform
- Monitor and improve model performance in real-world club environments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience deploying AI models to production
- Strong hands-on experience with computer vision models and video understanding
- Proficiency with MLOps including dataset design, annotation, and model versioning
- Experience with continuous evaluation, training, and testing of ML models
- Experience working with on-device model deployment is a plus
