What You’ll Do Create Standout Content: Develop engaging posts, stories, reels, and updates that capture attention and drive interaction. Visual Storytelling: Source, edit, and design graphics and photos that reflect our mission and community. Promotional Strategy: Assist in refreshing weekly content to keep messaging timely and relevant. Profile Management: Help optimize and manage platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Communities, and Google Business. Data-Driven Insights: Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement. Content Planning: Support the development and maintenance of a consistent social media calendar. What We’re Looking For A creative, positive, and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for storytelling 1–2+ years of experience (or strong interest) in social media or digital marketing Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English (text, photo, and video) Preferably a candidate familiar with Indian Heritage and Culture or other Indian languages Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic knowledge of AI, scheduling, or analytics tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized Experience with short-form/vertical video (Reels, TikTok) is an asset A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute in a team environment Diploma or certificate (or currently pursuing) in Communications, Marketing, Business, PR, Journalism, or related field
