Contribute to a global AI-powered customer experience leader by building and supporting secure, cloud-based solutions on AWS and Kubernetes. Work in a 24/7 shift pattern (28-day rota) to ensure continuous availability of critical services.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, responding to alerts and incidents.
- Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Document and share knowledge about system operations and best practices.
- Participate in a 24/7 shift rota to provide round-the-clock support.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Understanding of cloud security best practices.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
