Site Reliability Engineer (AWS)

Contribute to a global AI-powered customer experience leader by building and supporting secure, cloud-based solutions on AWS and Kubernetes. Work in a 24/7 shift pattern (28-day rota) to ensure continuous availability of critical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, responding to alerts and incidents.
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Document and share knowledge about system operations and best practices.
  • Participate in a 24/7 shift rota to provide round-the-clock support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
