Singapore | Payroll Executive
Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems for payroll processing
Support payroll operations for Singapore and Hong Kong by ensuring data accuracy and consistency across HR systems. Assist with payroll processing, system administration, testing, and reporting for compliance and management. Contribute to workflow improvements and system integrations to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate staff records in HR systems including SIS, BIPO, TIMES, and M365 Active Directory
- Assist in processing payroll for Singapore and Hong Kong while meeting statutory compliance requirements
- Support HR/payroll system setup, upgrades, testing, data migration, and documentation
- Generate staff reports for management, audits, and government submissions such as MOM and NS Pay
- Contribute to workflow improvements and help integrate HR and Finance systems to reduce duplication
Requirements
- At least 3 years of HR/payroll experience
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Copilot or Python to streamline processes
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and HR/payroll software
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion
