Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales support and administrative activities across Sales, Product, Operations, Clients, and external vendors
- Manage sales administration processes including contract reporting and tracking of commercial terms
- Support client engagement management including onboarding coordination, trial access, and permissioning
- Maintain and administer Salesforce data ensuring accuracy of client, contract, and engagement records
- Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to support sales initiatives, product launches, and client requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and support industry events, conferences, and client marketing activities
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Fluency in English required
- Experience in sales operations or commercial coordination
- Strong organisation and technical aptitude
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and pull together information from different teams
