Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and update daily throughput and vessel schedules for operational readiness
- Prepare and distribute monthly vessel schedule summaries based on shipping line information
- Coordinate with shipping lines and port agents on vessel berthing prospects and ETA/ETD updates
- Coordinate with IPC regarding operational patterns, berth planning, and operational requirements
- Review vessel operational performance after completion, including productivity, delays, and resource utilization
- Prepare monthly incentive and OJA performance reports based on performance data
