Own ServiceNow ITOM delivery end to end for enterprise clients globally
As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will own ITOM delivery end to end for enterprise customers worldwide. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge ServiceNow technologies, AI, automation, DevOps, and observability tools. The role involves leading technical implementation and ensuring successful delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions for a fast-growing US consulting and engineering firm expanding in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Own ITOM delivery end to end for enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- Lead hands-on technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Work with AI, automation, DevOps, and observability tools within ServiceNow
- Ensure successful delivery of complex ServiceNow projects for global clients
- Collaborate with engineering teams to grow UK presence for a US-based firm
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow ITOM implementations
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow platform and related technologies
- Strong background in AI, automation, DevOps, or observability within ServiceNow
- Ability to manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise ServiceNow projects
- Experience working with global enterprise customers
- Technical leadership skills in a consulting or engineering environment
