Lead UX research to improve digital finance product usability
As a Senior UX Researcher at Tether, you will conduct user research to inform the design and improvement of digital finance products. Your work will focus on understanding user needs and behaviors to enhance the usability of reserve-backed token integrations across blockchains. This role supports Tether’s mission to enable instant, secure, and low-cost global digital transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors of digital finance users
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate insights into design improvements
- Evaluate usability of blockchain-based financial products and interfaces
- Present research findings to stakeholders to inform product decisions
- Plan and execute studies using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Contribute to the development of user-centered design processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX research methodologies
- Ability to plan and execute user studies
- Experience translating research into actionable design recommendations
- Familiarity with digital finance or blockchain concepts is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
