Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure for global services
- Monitor system performance and uptime using observability tools
- Automate deployment, scaling, and recovery processes
- Improve incident response and reduce mean time to resolution
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system reliability
- Ensure security and compliance of cloud-based infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience with site reliability engineering or production engineering
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong skills in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash)
- Background in building resilient, distributed systems at scale
