Key Responsibilities
- Achieve lifting and revenue targets by managing import volumes and aggressively hunting export volumes (COC/SOC hybrid) for Semarang
- Handle customer service tasks and manage documentation/operations for import, export, and transshipment cargoes
- Assist in coordination to secure berth windows and equipment control for international trade business
- Develop and execute sales call plans and reporting for issues to be discussed with the reporting manager
- Handle customer complaints and ensure swift issue resolution
- Monitor daily bookings to ensure agents/offices meet weekly space allocation set by line management
