Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Source and engage passive and active candidates through multiple channels
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to offer acceptance
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely feedback loops
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system
• Improve recruiting processes and contribute to employer branding efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience sourcing technical and non-technical talent
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in startup or high-growth company environments
