Key Responsibilities
- Define test strategies, test plans, and test coverage for new features and releases using a risk-based approach
- Design, implement, and maintain automated UI, API, integration, and end-to-end tests using Playwright or Cypress
- Perform manual and exploratory testing for high-risk features, complex user flows, and critical bug fixes
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to identify risks, edge cases, and testability concerns early
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, report defects, and support root cause analysis
- Improve automation coverage and reliability to reduce repeated manual regression work
Requirements
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress
- Ability to define test coverage and perform hands-on testing
- Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Skill in improving integration of quality into the development process
- Proficiency in manual validation and exploratory testing
- Experience supporting CI/CD quality gates through automated test integration
