Key Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding experience for Kraken Pro globally from first landing to first trade
- Assess the onboarding funnel to identify what's working and what's not, driving continuous UX improvement
- Deeply understand Pro customers: their needs, communication preferences, and what excites them to trade
- Analyze onboarding data to pinpoint friction points, drop-off locations, and high-leverage opportunities
- Design the experience to build trust at every step, guiding clients through onboarding with confidence
- Partner with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing teams to turn insights into shipped improvements
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Strong track record in onboarding, activation, or growth-oriented UX work
- Sharp product sense for user experience: spotting friction, simplifying complex flows, designing for trust and excitement
- Strong data fluency: defining success metrics, analyzing funnels, turning data into prioritized action
- Excellent written and verbal communication: bringing stakeholders along with clear narratives and numbers
