Senior Product Manager — Customer Dashboard
Lead cross-functional team to develop and enhance a customer dashboard for a global proxy provider.
Drive the development and ongoing improvement of anyIP's customer dashboard, working closely with engineers, designers, QA, DevOps, and marketing. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring a user-centric experience that drives customer satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to inform dashboard design and functionality.
- Monitor dashboard performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate product vision and progress to the team, stakeholders, and customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, ideally within SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile development methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product development from concept to launch.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
