Develop community growth strategies to drive engagement and savings

As Senior Product Manager, you'll own the product strategy and roadmap for Acorns' Community surface, driving engagement and growth mechanics to get people hooked on saving. You'll work with a senior team to design engagement loops and habit-forming experiences, and be accountable for key metrics. Your goal is to create a Community product that spreads Acorns organically across the country.

The Opportunity Acorns, the financial wellness app, is building a new Community product team from scratch. This is a small, senior group with a single mandate: Get people addicted to saving by unlocking network effects inside Acorns. This team understands how to create engagement loops, virality, and habit formation. We want people who’ve mastered those mechanics and are ready to use them for something that improves people’s lives. As the Senior Product Manager on this team, you’ll own the product strategy and roadmap for Acorns’ Community surface. Your job is to identify, prioritize, and ship the engagement and growth mechanics that get people hooked on saving and drive organic acquisition at scale. You’ll set the direction, define the bets, and be accountable for the metrics that prove the Community product is working. You’ll report directly to the CEO,and work with a Senior Product Designer and a Senior engineering team to design the engagement loops, social sharing mechanics, and habit-forming experiences that drive organic growth at Acorns. This is end-to-end ownership from early concept through shipped product on features that will reach millions of people who are often investing for the first time. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity grants, and discretionary cash bonus awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
