Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates globally. Offices and hubs mentioned include North Carolina (US), a growing presence in Canada, Berlin, Serbia, multiple offices in China, plus Tokyo and Seoul. Teams are broadly distributed across time zones. About You We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Consumer Products team and shape experiences that reach players directly across web stores, loyalty programmes, and engagement surfaces that blur the line between commerce and gameplay. In this role, you will design for real people making real decisions: whether to spend, return, share, or stay. You will work at the intersection of consumer psychology, game mechanics, and product strategy, helping build experiences that feel as rewarding as the games they support. What You’ll Be Responsible For Design end-to-end consumer experiences across web stores, player portals, loyalty systems, and engagement features. Translate player psychology, behavioural data, and business goals into intuitive, high-converting design solutions. Apply and evolve gamification mechanics such as progression systems, rewards, streaks, and social proof to drive retention and engagement. Contribute to and evolve design principles, patterns, and system-level consistency across consumer-facing products. What They’re Looking For 8+ years of product design experience, with a focus on consumer-facing digital products. Deep understanding of B2C UX: how people browse, decide, and transact in digital environments. Strong knowledge of game mechanics, player psychology, and engagement design: you understand why players spend, grind, return, and churn. Experience with gamification patterns: progression systems, battle passes, daily rewards, leaderboards, and social loops. Strong systems thinking and visual/interaction design craft. Comfortable working in data-driven environments: you use metrics and experimentation to validate design decisions. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. What You'll Need to Succeed You are an active gamer or have a genuine passion for games and player culture. Have shipped B2C products in gaming, entertainment, or social platforms. Have experience designing online stores, subscription products, or loyalty/rewards programmes. Have experience with AI-assisted design workflows or are actively curious about them. What You'll Get A “build the platform” moment: real influence on UX architecture as Shop Builder evolves toward self-serve. Work at a meaningful scale, with measurable impact on conversion and partner revenue. A strong cross-functional setup: Product, Engineering, UX Research, UX Writing, DesignOps, plus a functioning design system. A remote-first environment with a globally distributed team and real ownership expectations. A benefits program (healthcare, PTO, development) with specifics confirmed in process. What's Great About This Role This is a rare chance to shape a product that sits right at the intersection of commerce psychology, platform thinking, and games. You’ll be designing for real scale (millions of transactions), real constraints (localization, regional pricing, cross‑cultural UX), and real outcomes (conversion and revenue you can actually measure). The team is actively moving from “custom service work” toward a true self‑serve platform, which means the architecture and patterns you define will ripple across the ecosystem. If you like being early enough to influence the direction and you’re excited about shipping faster with modern, AI‑assisted workflows alongside strong engineering partn
