Senior Privacy & Commercial Counsel (Saint-Jérôme)
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for a B2B SaaS sales intelligence platform
As Senior Privacy & Commercial Counsel, you will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including SaaS agreements and data processing terms. You will ensure compliance with global privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and provide legal guidance on product, marketing, and sales initiatives. Reporting directly to the co-founders, you will support the legal needs of a growing B2B SaaS company serving over 2,000 clients worldwide.

- Draft and review SaaS agreements, data processing addendums, and commercial contracts
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations
- Provide legal support on product, marketing, and sales initiatives
- Advise on data privacy matters related to verified contact data and triple verification processes
- Collaborate with leadership to scale legal operations for a growing 20-person team
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with experience in commercial and privacy law
- Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS and technology contracts
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and international data protection regulations
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS business models and data-driven products
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a global team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
