- Draft and review SaaS customer agreements and data processing addenda
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations
- Provide legal guidance on product features involving customer data usage
- Support negotiations with enterprise clients and partners
- Advise on intellectual property protection and licensing matters
- Monitor legal risks in sales, marketing, and data operations
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with experience in commercial and technology contracts
- Strong knowledge of data privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA
- Experience advising B2B SaaS companies on product and customer agreements
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in English
