Senior People Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
• Ensure data integrity across global HR platforms and records
• Support the operational backbone of the People function for international teams
• Coordinate HR operations for software companies in multiple regions
• Report to the Director of People Operations on system and data performance

Requirements

• Experience maintaining HR systems and managing employee data
• Ability to ensure data integrity in global HR operations
• Experience supporting People Operations functions in international settings
• Familiarity with HR software platforms and data management
• Capacity to work remotely in a part-time, fixed-term contract role
