Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch partner development programs aligned with Grafana's open source and ecosystem goals
- Manage relationships with technology and service partners to drive joint go-to-market efforts
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure partner program effectiveness
- Track and report on partner program performance using defined metrics and KPIs
- Support partner enablement through training, resources, and co-marketing initiatives
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners to expand Grafana's global footprint
Requirements
- Experience managing partner programs or ecosystem development in technology companies
- Strong understanding of open source business models and developer ecosystems
- Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
- Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and partner lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging external partners
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into actionable partner initiatives
