Key Responsibilities
- Develop legislative and regulatory strategies for nuclear microreactor deployment
- Engage with federal agencies on nuclear energy policy and licensing pathways

- Monitor legislative activity affecting advanced nuclear and clean energy initiatives
- Prepare briefings and testimony for policymakers on microreactor safety and use cases
- Coordinate with internal teams to align government affairs with product development timelines
Requirements
- Experience in nuclear energy policy or advanced technology government affairs
- Background in legislative affairs, regulatory strategy, or public policy
- Understanding of federal nuclear regulatory processes (NRC, DOE)
- Ability to translate technical concepts for policymakers and stakeholders
- Experience working with Congress, federal agencies, or state legislatures
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
