Design and implement A/B tests and growth experiments to improve key metrics
Build and maintain tracking, analytics, and experimentation infrastructure
Analyze experiment results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify growth opportunities
Optimize conversion funnels and user onboarding flows
Stay updated on growth engineering best practices and emerging tools

Requirements

Experience with growth experimentation and A/B testing frameworks
Proficiency in data analysis and SQL for measuring experiment impact
Strong engineering background with experience in web or product development
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely)
