Build scalable AI-powered talent platform features using Angular 15 and RxJS
Develop new features for an AI-enabled predictive talent acquisition and management platform, ensuring scalability for new customers. Turn wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user interfaces into fully functional websites while ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Work closely with product and sales teams to roll out customer customizations and mentor two junior front-end engineers on clean code and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new features for the AI-powered talent acquisition platform using Angular 15 and RxJS
- Convert wireframes and prototypes into fully functional, technically feasible user interfaces
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to implement customer-specific customizations
- Mentor two junior front-end engineers on clean code, structure, and engineering best practices
- Ensure platform scalability for onboarding new customers through frontend engineering
Requirements
- Angular 15 and above
- RxJS and its operators
- Angular core concepts including OnPush change detection and Zone.js
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 4-5+ years of front-end engineering experience
