Senior Finance Analytics Manager

Build financial models to support strategic payment product decisions

As a Senior Finance Analytics Manager at Zilch, you will build financial models and conduct analysis to support strategic decisions for payment products. Your work will focus on evaluating the performance of debit, credit, and savings features, including cashback and interest-free installment options. You will partner with product and commercial teams to provide insights that drive product development and business growth.

Build and maintain financial models to forecast product performance and profitability
Analyze customer transaction data to assess the impact of cashback and installment features
Partner with product teams to evaluate the financial viability of new payment features

Track and report on key financial metrics related to user acquisition and retention
Support strategic planning by modeling scenarios for product expansion and market entry

Requirements

Experience in financial modeling and analysis
Background in payments, fintech, or consumer finance
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Experience working with product and commercial teams
Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
