Who you are: - 4+ years leading engineering teams and 6+ years of software development experience, with a track record of managing and growing engineering talent at all levels. - You have technical depth in one or more areas of our stack, with enough breadth to engage credibly in architecture conversations, hold a consistent standard for quality and reliability, and maintain the trust of senior engineers. - You have good product instincts, build strong working relationships with Product and Design partners, and know how to align on priorities in a way that drives meaningful outcomes. - You are active in developing your own AI fluency and in helping your team do the same. You hold a high bar for judgment and ownership regardless of how code gets written.
