Senior Designer, CRM & Web
Design CRM and web experiences that drive user engagement and conversion
As a Senior Designer at Acorns, you will create CRM and web experiences that support the company's mission to empower up-and-coming investors through micro-investing. Your work will focus on designing interfaces and user flows that enhance engagement and conversion across digital touchpoints. This contract role is fully remote and worldwide, allowing you to contribute to Acorns' financial wellness goals from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities
- Design CRM experiences that support user onboarding and engagement
- Create web interfaces that communicate financial concepts clearly and accessibly
- Develop user flows that guide users through micro-investing actions

- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across devices
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM and web design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of financial products or user behavior in fintech contexts
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting
- Experience designing for conversion and user engagement metrics
