As a Senior Deal Desk Specialist, you will build and manage compliant global employment contracts for distributed teams. You will work with legal, sales, and finance teams to structure deals that align with international employment regulations. Your output ensures companies can hire and pay talent across borders without compliance risk.

- Collaborate with legal and sales teams to negotiate deal terms
- Ensure pricing and terms align with global payroll and tax requirements
- Maintain deal desk workflows and documentation for audit readiness
- Advise on employment model selection (EOR, contractor, entity setup)
Requirements
- Experience in global employment or international HR operations
- Knowledge of cross-border compliance and employment regulations
- Ability to structure complex deals involving multiple jurisdictions
- Strong analytical and documentation skills for contract management
- Experience working in a remote, asynchronous team environment
