Define metrics and build causal frameworks to shape product strategy

As a Data Scientist on the Consumer team, you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to shape roadmaps and understand users. You’ll define metrics, build measurement and causal frameworks, and translate insights into product strategy and shipped improvements across consumer products such as spot trading, yield, Coinbase One, and new launches. Your work will drive business outcomes through rigorous experimentation and analytics.

Requirements

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design)
Experience with experimentation and analytics to drive business outcomes
Background in analyzing consumer-facing products or digital platforms
