Perplexity is revolutionizing search. We are seeking a Senior Content Manager to join our team and work closely with Growth, Enterprise, Support, and Product. You will lead our content strategy, development, and copywriting. We want to create a brand that — if you want to build the foundation of content from 0 to 1, have a passion for AI, and love writing, this role is for you. Responsibilities - Create exceptional and captivating content across Consumer and Enterprise use cases, including email copy, social media posts, in-product copy, support pages, FAQs, video scripts, case studies, white papers, outbound emails, onboarding guides, and blog posts - Develop a unique voice and tone for written content at Perplexity that drives word-of-mouth growth and builds an engaged following - Identify content opportunities and novel ways to engage with our user base by leveraging user generated content in Perplexity and testimonials across social media - Synthesize complex AI-related topics and feature releases into understandable and digestible copy for a non-technical audience - Manage content calendars for external communication across email, newsletter, and social media - Track content performance via Google Analytics and internal data; analyze and optimize engagement metrics of your content - Work closely with our Design and Brand teams to adhere to current guidelines Qualifications - 4+ years of content writing and strategy experience, ideally at a consumer technology brand - World-class writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a unique voice and tone - Extreme attention to detail paired without sacrificing fast-paced execution - 0-to-1 development of B2B content marketing, newsletters, blogs, and company content - Experience with international brands and multiple languages
