Key Responsibilities
- Prepare strategic business cases and investment materials for capital formation
- Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support capital structure decisions
- Support execution of strategic transactions including partnership agreements and off-take contracts
- Coordinate due diligence across legal, financial, technical, and operational workstreams
- Track and manage the fundraising pipeline, investor correspondence, and follow-up actions
- Liaise with external advisors including legal counsel, auditors, and financial advisors
Requirements
- Rigorous financial skills
- Experience in capital formation and transaction execution
- Ability to prepare information memoranda, financial models, and funding applications
- Experience engaging with DFIs, foundations, multilaterals, impact investors, and corporate partners
- Strong analytical and executional capabilities
