Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer experience for assigned client portfolio
- Drive contract renewals and expansion opportunities with existing clients
- Maintain account health through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Identify growth opportunities within current client accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
- Track and report on key account performance metrics
Requirements
- Experience managing client relationships and accounts
- Proven ability to drive renewals and account growth
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with end-to-end customer ownership
- Ability to work with both core and growth-stage clients
- Experience in a client-facing account management role
