Key Responsibilities
- Create and apply SOPs to ensure smooth reefer operations across branches
- Support sales visits and present reefer products and company information to customers
- Monitor daily loading and unloading activities to ensure compliance with SOPs
- Help operations team solve technical issues with customers and internal teams
- Provide monthly updates on ocean freight prices for cost control
- Prepare monthly reports on reefer product progress for team leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in forwarding or logistics with reefer products
- Strong selling skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven with willingness to travel and work beyond standard office hours
