Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational processes and CRM workflows for the Customer Success and Support organization
- Perform lead qualification based on Ideal Customer Profile and internal criteria
- Monitor CRM data quality, pipeline hygiene, and routing accuracy to identify inconsistencies
- Assist with maintaining CRM properties, workflows, dashboards, reports, and permissions
- Test CRM updates and workflow changes before implementation to ensure operational compliance
Requirements
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn about commercial systems
- Experience or familiarity with CRM administration and data management
- Ability to work with reporting, automation, and process documentation
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
