Sales Logistics Palu
Conduct sales visits to gather customer insights and monitor competitor developments
Execute sales activities to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. Acquire new business from corporate cargo owners and individual customers. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys during visits and prepare sales activity reports using designated tools. Manage accounts receivable billing for overdue payments and maintain customer loyalty through active transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities to achieve individual targets on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Acquire new business from corporate cargo owners and individual customers each month
- Perform regular sales visits to gather customer business conditions and monitor competitor developments
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys during sales visits to ensure service quality
- Prepare and submit sales activity reports using designated tools
- Manage billing for accounts receivable past payment due date
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field
- At least 2 years of sales experience in forwarding or logistics
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills and pleasant personality
- Highly achievement-oriented and willing to travel
- Ability to work beyond regular office hours and independently
