Sales LCL Logistics Kendari
Conduct sales visits to achieve weekly and monthly targets
Responsible for executing sales activities and preparing reports on sales visits and target achievements. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and handle accounts receivable billing. Develop business growth by maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. Acquire new business from corporate cargo owners and individual customers each month.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities to achieve individual targets weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Acquire new business from corporate cargo owners and individual customers each month
- Perform regular sales visits to gather customer business conditions and monitor competitor developments
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys during sales visits to ensure service quality
- Prepare and submit sales activity reports using designated tools
- Manage billing for accounts receivable past payment due date
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 2 years of sales experience in forwarding or logistics
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Pleasant personality and strong communication skills
- Highly achievement-oriented and willing to travel
- Able to work beyond regular office hours
