Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service based on company offerings
- Maintain and develop relationships with cargo owners through regular sales calls
- Manage and support export-import documentation and processes to facilitate timely shipments
- Collaborate with internal divisions to support customer requirements and ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities to improve EXIM services and propose solutions to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in forwarding or logistics
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience in domestic and international forwarding including sea, air, project freight consolidation and EXIM
- Highly achievement-oriented with willingness to travel and work beyond office hours
