Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the container shipping market
- Approach and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, traders, and manufacturers
- Present and promote shipping services to clients to meet their logistics needs
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, freight rates, and service agreements
- Deliver sustainable sales performance through consistent target achievement
- Travel for business development and client meetings as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in shipping terms, freight rates, and logistic operations
- Strong understanding of international trade and shipping regulations
