Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target organisations that could benefit from usecure's cybersecurity awareness platform
- Initiate outbound outreach via email and phone to engage potential customers
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and readiness to adopt cybersecurity training solutions
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to handover qualified opportunities
- Track and report on outreach activities and pipeline contribution
Requirements
- Strong communication skills for effective email and phone outreach
- Ability to research and understand organisational cybersecurity needs
- Experience or familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking
- Self-motivation and drive to meet outreach and qualification targets
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity awareness concepts
- Resilience and persistence in outbound sales engagement
