We are seeking a senior commercial leader to lead and scale our Brand and Consumer Insights business across North America. This role brings together brand strategy, brand performance, and consumer behavior insights under a unified commercial strategy, with full accountability for revenue growth, go-to-market execution, and market positioning. Commercial Leadership & Business Ownership Own full P&L performance across Brand and Consumer Insights offerings in North America Define and execute growth strategy, including pipeline, revenue, and market expansion Lead strategic client engagements, RFPs, and custom research opportunities Sales Leadership & Team Development Lead a multi-layered commercial organization including senior sales leaders Build a high-performance sales culture with clear accountability Establish strong pipeline rigor, forecasting, and conversion discipline Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution Define integrated GTM strategy across brand and consumer insights Develop scalable sales plays and client activation strategies Client Leadership & Value Creation Serve as executive sponsor for key client relationships Lead development of custom research solutions aligned to client needs Voice of Customer & Innovation Translate market needs into innovation priorities and solution development Market Positioning & Thought Leadership Drive external positioning and thought leadership in brand and consumer insights 10+ years in market research, insights, analytics, or consulting Proven sales leadership experience with revenue accountability Deep expertise in brand strategy, consumer behavior, and custom research Experience translating insights into business growth Success Metrics Revenue growth and margin expansion Pipeline strength and deal conversion Growth in strategic client relationships Sales organization performance Why This Role Matters This role sits at the core of how organizations understand consumers and build strong brands. This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $177,000-$225,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
