About the Role Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal professional or recent LL.B graduate to gain hands-on experience in legal research, investigations, evidence review, and professional drafting within a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment. Responsibilities Case Assessment & Evidence Management Case Evaluation: Support the review of new and ongoing cases to identify the nature of allegations, establish background context, and break down complex matters into clear investigative issues. Information Analysis: Review and organize case documents, records, and correspondence into structured, easy-to-analyze formats. Critical Review: Proactively identify and highlight inconsistencies, missing information, or areas requiring further clarification within case files. Investigative Support & Documentation Material Preparation: Assist in drafting essential investigative tools, including interview questions, case summaries, and briefing notes. Factual Record Keeping: Document interviews and key findings accurately to contribute to a coherent, objective factual record for each case. Operational Support: Assist the team with day-to-day investigative and administrative tasks as assigned. Legal Research & Analysis Targeted Research: Conduct focused legal research on matters relevant to assigned cases. Legal Summaries: Synthesize and summarize applicable legal principles in a clear, well-structured manner. Fact-to-Law Mapping: Support the team in linking established facts to relevant legal issues under senior supervision. Drafting & Reporting First Drafts: Prepare structured initial drafts of Investigation Plans, progress updates, final reports, and legal memoranda. Iterative Refinement: Participate actively in team discussions and revise drafts based on feedback to meet institutional standards.
