Key Responsibilities
- Lead small projects and co-own initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Design and run data-driven experiments using clear hypotheses and measurable metrics
- Collaborate with acquisition and collection teams to develop, launch, and optimize campaigns
- Take ownership of key portfolio metrics, ensuring trends are understood, monitored, and acted upon
- Deliver clear, structured insights to stakeholders through concise reporting and presentations
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to investigate performance changes and align on root causes and actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or other quantitative fields
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
- Ability to communicate in both English and Thai effectively
- Data-driven, scientific and experimentation mindset
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
