Original description from Jobg8 (United States)

Memphis, Tennessee (United States) We're currently adding new representatives to our virtual team to assist individuals and families with understanding and accessing their available benefit programs. Rather than working from a traditional office, you'll connect with members through scheduled phone and video appointments. These conversations are focused on learning what each person needs, answering their questions, reviewing available options, and helping them complete the necessary enrollment steps. Members have already expressed interest in receiving information, so your role is centered around education, guidance, and ongoing client support. No previous industry background is necessary. New representatives receive training from the beginning, along with continued coaching as they gain experience. How the Position Works The role combines virtual appointments, client communication, administrative follow-up, and continued professional development. Member Appointments Meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information. Ask questions, understand their priorities, and help determine which available options may be relevant to their situation. Program Guidance Become knowledgeable about life, accident, and supplemental benefit programs so you can explain information clearly and confidently. Enrollment Assistance Walk members through eligibility requirements, electronic applications, documentation, and enrollment procedures. Ongoing Service Respond to questions, complete follow-ups, and remain a reliable point of contact throughout the process. Organization & Administration Keep appointment details, applications, and client records accurate and up to date. Training & Development Participate in coaching sessions and continued training designed to strengthen your communication, product knowledge, and professional skills. What We Value We're not necessarily looking for someone with years of industry experience. We're looking for someone who is dependable, personable, willing to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of their work. This position may be a good match for you if you: Enjoy helping and communicating with people Are comfortable speaking over the phone and through video meetings Listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions Can explain information in a simple and professional way Stay organized when managing appointments and follow-ups Work effectively without constant supervision Are comfortable learning new technology and systems Take feedback well and apply what you learn Are motivated by goals and continued improvement Want an opportunity where additional responsibility can come with experience Customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative, sales, or other people-facing experience can transfer well into the position, but it is not a requirement. What Comes With the Opportunity Work From Anywhere The position is fully remote, allowing you to manage your responsibilities from a home-based workspace. Training From Day One Structured onboarding is provided to teach you the systems, programs, and processes used in the role. Continued Support Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and access to experienced team members as you develop. Weekly Compensation Compensation is provided weekly, with additional earning opportunities tied to performance. Benefits Eligible team members can access a benefits package following the three-month qualifying period. Long-Term Growth Individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership ability can pursue opportunities involving mentorship, team development, leadership, and management. Where You Can Go From Here This position can be a starting point for someone looking to build a longer-term professional path rather than simply take on another job. As your knowledge and experience grow, so can your responsibilities. Representatives who consistently perform well may have opportunities to help develop newer team members, take on leadership responsibilities, and progress into management. If you're ready to learn, comfortable working with people, and interested in a fully remote opportunity with training and room for advancement, we'd like to hear from you.
