Ethos is seeking experienced arts program directors to train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine outputs across core workflows such as exhibition catalog essays and funding applications. We require 4 years in museums, galleries, arts nonprofits, or humanities settings, with expert-level document craft and clear, board-ready writing. Fully remote; 5–20 hours weekly; ASAP start.
