Key Responsibilities
- Assist in finding back-up placement and reinsurance in cooperation with insurance partners
- Maintain and support relationships with insurance partners and corporate partners
- Seek out and establish relationships with new corporate partners
- Help Regional and Area Sales Managers in creating insurance quotations
- Support the bidding process alongside agents, partners, and sales managers
- Manage and support partner leaders, particularly those with large portfolios
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of placement experience
- Proven experience in insurtech (preferred)
- Strong network in the insurance industry (preferred)
- Negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and mature communication skills
