Key Responsibilities
- Monitor fleet performance indicators including schedule reliability, vessel utilization, and fuel efficiency
- Control and optimize marine operating expenses such as bunker consumption, port charges, agency fees, and repair maintenance
- Manage and oversee vessel operations within the regional area
- Maintain operational standards and best practices across all assigned routes and ports
- Investigate and follow up on incidents, near misses, and audit findings
- Coordinate with port authorities, harbor masters, terminals, ship agents, and third-party service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any related major
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the same position
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in coordinator/managerial position
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in English
