Integrate supply chain insights into R&D to optimize cost, quality and technical performance, aligning team efforts. Develop value chains for new products, focusing on total cost of ownership while maintaining quality and delivery standards. Ensure timely availability of materials and resources, identifying and addressing bottlenecks in material flow. Analyze supply chain data to ensure compliance with regulations and uphold quality standards through regular audits. Identify supply chain risks impacting R&D timelines, developing strategies to mitigate these effectively. Incorporate sustainability into supply chain management, supporting R&D's commitment to sustainable practices. Your background: Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or R&D. Experience with sourcing materials and managing supplier relationships, including related tools and processes. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data, to proactively address supply chain challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
