Quality Analyst (Content Moderation) TH-ENG
Monitor content moderation quality to ensure performance targets are met
Conduct daily monitoring, reviews, and assessments of content moderators' work. Prepare documentation and measure quality performance against targets. Review and manage quality monitoring procedures, conduct team capability reviews, and provide ongoing training on new policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess content moderator performance daily
- Prepare documentation and measure quality performance metrics
- Review and manage quality monitoring procedures and systems
- Conduct individual and team capability reviews to ensure quality targets
- Provide ongoing training on new policies and procedures
- Review client claims and non-compliance issues for corrective action
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- 1 year experience in content moderation, QA, or customer service
- Good English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
- Proficiency in detecting patterns and interpreting data
- Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Products
- Experience providing training of any kind
