Quality Analyst (Content Moderation) Khmer-English
Monitor content quality and prepare documentation to ensure service standards
Conduct daily monitoring, reviews, and assessments of content to ensure quality performance targets are met. Prepare documentation, track implementation of quality procedures, and analyze data to identify improvement areas. Review client claims, audit team performance, and develop corrective actions while maintaining communication with development teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily monitoring and review of content for quality assessment
- Prepare documentation and track implementation of quality monitoring procedures
- Analyze data to identify areas for quality improvement and recommend actions
- Review client claims and non-compliance issues, then implement corrective actions
- Audit team quality performance and validate findings from internal and external reports
- Maintain communication with development teams to improve business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Admin, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- 1 year of experience in quality assurance or similar roles
- Good English communication skills (B2 level)
- Proficiency in detecting patterns, observing data, and making data-driven decisions
- Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Products
- Experience in services analysis and data analysis
