Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement QA strategies and test plans with Business Analysts and Product Leads
- Develop, document, and maintain reusable test scenarios, scripts, and automation suites
- Execute and oversee manual and automated test scripts to ensure application quality and performance
- Lead and mentor QA team members on testing best practices and automation frameworks
- Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and stakeholders
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and communicating risk to management
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- At least 2+ years of experience in QA leadership roles
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
- Knowledge of industry best practices in quality assurance
